I had a couple of complaints on the cost, but the majority was pleased. The ordering process was the best. I enjoyed the less paperwork to deal with. They promptly replied to calls and emails, and we received our order. The products are of good quality, and our customers were satisfied with their product. However, a lot of customers ordered less because the prices were high. I am confident that customers would have ordered more product, and our fundraiser would have had more customers had the products been 10 - 20 percent cheaper. Some people were turned off because products were as or more expensive than Yankee Candle Company (a company they trust.) Was this review helpful to you?

Participants had their prizes within 24 hours of turning in the orders; we had samples on display as well as prizes for children and parents to see before hand. Was this review helpful to you?

We did not have any complaints concerning the great fragrances of the candles.
